Item Reference: 5151 A portrait miniature of Robert William Wynne. He is wearing a blue coat with a red collar and a white chemise with a lace collar, a cream waistcoat with green and pink embroidery. Watercolour in an oval gold frame. Robert Wynne died 30th November 1842. Literature: G C Williamson, G Engleheart 1902 page 117. Dimensions: Image height 3.5cm Additional Information: Master Wynne is recorded in Engleheart's fee book as having sat for his portrait in 1782. The Wynne family make several appearances in Engleheart's fee book, including a portrait of a Master Wynne painted the same year 1782 and portraits of Mr and Mrs Wynne (1776) and Colonely Wynne (1780 & 1781).
